General betting and game rules

These rules apply whenever you place a bet or play a game through your account with us. They should be read together with the terms shown in the relevant game, the cashier and any bonus terms that apply to your activity. If a game has its own instructions, paytable or help information, those details form part of the rules for that game.

One account and account checks

You may hold and use only one account with us. An account must be opened in your own name and used only by you. You must keep your login details private and must not allow another person to place bets or play using your account. We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts as part of our legal and operational controls.

The information on your account must be accurate and kept up to date. We may ask for information or documents to confirm your identity, age, address, payment method or source of funds. Account checks may be completed before a deposit, withdrawal, bet, bonus or other account action is processed. If information cannot be confirmed, we may restrict activity until the required checks are complete.

Real-money and bonus-balance play

Your available balance may include real-money funds and bonus funds. The order in which balances are used can depend on the game, the promotion and the terms shown in your account. Real-money play is funded from your available cash balance. Bonus play is subject to the bonus conditions that applied when the bonus was credited.

You are responsible for checking the stake, game, number of lines, bet type and any other selections before confirming play. A bet, spin or other game action is treated as accepted when it is received by our system. Bets are final once placed and cannot normally be cancelled, changed or withdrawn by you. A bet may only be amended or voided where these rules, the relevant game rules or applicable law require it.

Safer play controls

Our games are for people aged 18 and over only. You can use the deposit limits, time-out and self-exclusion tools available through your account. You should set limits before playing if you want to control how much you deposit or how long you spend on the site. Self-exclusion prevents you from using your account for the period selected or otherwise applied.

If gambling is causing concern, support is available from GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline. You can also contact our support team or use the live chat on the site if you need help with safer gambling controls.

How bets and spins are settled

The game server records the accepted bet, spin or other game action and determines the outcome. The result shown by the game server is final for settlement purposes. This applies even if the result is different from what you expected or if a display on your device does not update immediately.

Game rules and paytables

The in-game rules and paytable apply to each bet or spin. They explain the available outcomes, winning combinations, stake options, special features, bonus rounds and any limits or conditions that affect settlement. You should read the information in the game before playing, particularly where a game includes different bet levels or optional features.

The return-to-player figure, commonly shown as RTP, is displayed in each game where applicable. RTP is a long-term statistical figure for the game and is not a promise of a particular result from one bet, spin or session. Individual outcomes can vary and are determined by the game's approved random outcome process.

Settlement of accepted play

  1. The system first records the accepted stake and the game or market selected.
  2. The game server then produces and records the result in line with the relevant game rules.
  3. Any win, loss, return, feature result or other settlement is calculated using the applicable paytable and the accepted stake.
  4. The account balance is updated when the result has been settled. A pending result may remain visible until the game server completes the process.
  5. If the displayed result and the recorded server result differ, the recorded server result is used.

A balance may not update immediately because of a connection delay, an interrupted session or a required system process. You should not repeat a bet or spin simply because the result or balance is not visible. Wait for the game to reconnect or contact support if the position remains unclear.

Malfunctions and disconnected games

A malfunction includes a technical error, software fault, connection failure, display error, incorrect game state or other defect that affects the operation or settlement of a game. If a malfunction affects a game, the malfunction voids all pays and play affected by it. This means that affected stakes, wins, features and other game outcomes may be cancelled or corrected.

A visible display, message or balance entry does not override the result held by the game server. Where an error has caused a payment or balance entry that should not have been made, we may correct the account and recover the incorrect amount, subject to applicable law.

What happens after a disconnection

If you are disconnected during a game, do not close the account, place another bet or repeat the same action solely because the screen has stopped responding. Disconnected games resume or settle on reconnection where the game supports that process. The game may reopen at the point reached before the interruption, or it may show the recorded settlement once the connection is restored.

If a game cannot resume, we use the server record and the applicable game rules to determine the position. Please keep a note of the approximate time and game if you believe a disconnection affected your account.

Bonus play and promotional funds

Bonus funds are not the same as cash funds. Every bonus is subject to the bonus terms shown when it is offered, claimed or credited. Those terms may set out eligibility, the qualifying deposit or activity, the period for use, wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution rates, maximum winnings, withdrawal conditions and what happens if the bonus is cancelled or expires.

Bonus funds follow the bonus terms. If those terms conflict with a general game instruction, the specific bonus terms apply to the bonus activity. You are responsible for reading the applicable terms before accepting or using a bonus. Contact support if the terms shown in your account are not clear.

Maximum bets and game contributions

A bonus may include a maximum bet or stake. This limit can apply to each spin, hand, round, line, combination or other accepted action, as stated in the bonus terms. Placing a stake above an applicable maximum may make the bonus and associated winnings void or subject to adjustment where the terms permit.

Not every game contributes to a bonus requirement in the same way. Some games may be excluded, while others may contribute only a stated percentage or amount. Maximum bet and game contributions apply as shown in the bonus terms, even where a game is otherwise available for play.

Using and withdrawing bonus funds

Your account may show separate cash and bonus balances, together with progress towards any applicable requirement. A win from bonus play may remain restricted until the relevant conditions are met. A withdrawal request can affect an active bonus, and the result of making that request will be set out in the applicable terms. We may remove an expired, cancelled or incorrectly credited bonus in accordance with those terms.

You must not abuse a bonus by creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, exploiting a technical error or taking steps designed to avoid the stated conditions. We may cancel affected bonus funds and associated winnings where there is a breach of the bonus terms or these Betting Rules.

Live casino and table games

Live casino and table games are played according to the game-specific rules displayed in the table's help section. Those rules explain the available bets, dealing or drawing procedure, betting stages, minimum and maximum stakes, winning outcomes, tie treatment and settlement method. Read the help section before placing a bet because table rules can differ between games.

Dealer decisions and game records

The dealer conducts the game in accordance with the applicable table rules. Dealer decisions are final for the relevant round unless the game provider or our system identifies a clear dealing, recording or technical error. Where an error is identified, the round may be paused, corrected, voided or settled in the manner set out in the game-specific rules.

The game record, including the accepted bets, dealing sequence, result and settlement, is used to determine the outcome. A video image, sound, chat message or visible delay does not replace the recorded result. You should wait for the table to confirm the result before starting another round.

Late bets and interruptions

Late bets are not accepted when the betting period has closed. A bet shown as pending is not necessarily accepted until the game server confirms it. If a late or incomplete bet is received, it may be rejected, returned or settled according to the table's rules.

If your connection drops, the round may continue without your screen being updated. On reconnection, the game may show the completed result or the next available state. Do not assume that a disconnected round was cancelled. If the result or balance does not appear correctly, record the table name and approximate time and contact support.

Disputes and contacting us

If you believe that a bet, spin, bonus outcome, live table round or account balance has not been settled correctly, please contact us promptly. Write to support@playhub-casino.co.uk or use the live chat on the site. We will need enough information to identify the relevant activity and look into the matter.

Information to include

  • Your account details, without sending your password or full payment credentials.
  • The game, market, table or feature involved.
  • The approximate date and time of the bet, spin or round.
  • The round, bet or transaction reference if one is shown in your account.
  • The stake, displayed result, balance movement and reason you believe the settlement is incorrect.
  • Screenshots or other relevant information, where available and safe to provide.

Please do not send your password, one-time security code or complete card details. We may ask for further information to confirm that you are the account holder and to identify the relevant server record.

How we determine a dispute

We use the game server record, account history, transaction record, applicable game rules, bonus terms and any available technical information. The server result remains final unless an error, malfunction or other issue requires a correction under these rules or the applicable terms. A delay in receiving a response does not change the recorded result.

We will explain the outcome of the dispute using the information available to us. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may continue the matter through our complaints process using the contact details provided above. Please keep your correspondence focused on the relevant game, time and round so that the issue can be identified efficiently.

Before you contact us

Do not place another bet to test an outcome or try to correct a missing result. Save the game name, approximate time and round reference, then contact support@playhub-casino.co.uk or use the live chat on the site.
